The terms and conditions contained herein along with the Privacy Policy & Disclaimer form an agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of KSGINDIA.COM by you.   • All prices are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure accurate pricing of the products featured on our Site. If the listed price of a product has changed, you will be notified of the revised price prior to the processing of your order. While KSGINDIA.COM shall make every effort to ensure that our products and / or our services are described and priced accurately, in the event that a product is deemed to be priced incorrectly, KSGINDIA.COM reserves the right to refuse the sale of that product.

Order and Promotions

  • Any User who wishes to purchase any products from this website can add the selected products directly to the shopping cart. Once you are ready to make payments for the purchase(s), you will be prompted to register with this website. Only registered Users can make purchases online.
  • KSGINDIA.COM may send email notifications to the email id provided to KSGINDIA.COM by the registered User during the registration process.

  • All orders are considered complete only after the payment has been realized by KSGINDIA.COM.
  • Each product will be shipped based on the availability of the product. The duration within which each product will be shipped is mentioned alongside the product and may differ from one product to another.

  • KSGINDIA.COM as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction or failure of a transaction occurring due to technical or other errors.

Delivery and Shipping

  • You have to specify the address to which the shipment has to be made at the time of purchase. All product(s) shall be delivered directly to the address as specified at the point of ordering and you cannot, under any circumstances whatsoever, change the address after the order is processed. Any inconsistencies in name or address may result in non-delivery of the product(s).
  • You will be provided with an order number and a tracking number when your order is processed and verified by us. You can track your order online by using the tracking number provided to you.
  • We process all deliveries through regional and national courier service. The estimated time of delivery is between 4 to 10 business days from the date of shipment but may change depending on the location for delivery. Business days exclude public holidays, Sundays and non-operation days due to bank or transport strikes.

Applicable Law

This site is created and controlled by Khan Study Group, Delhi, India; as such the laws of India shall apply. Courts in New Delhi City only shall have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions, disclaimers and disputes.
